that tenants are directed to.

and drop down boxes lead a user right thru making
a service request, setting the urgency, and adding
a few comments. When they are done, they hit
the submit button and the fireworks begin.
Instantly, you and your team know that a request
has been made. Use the notification feature
in your WorkSite to be paged, faxed or called on
your cell phone if the request is urgent.
Your customers
will be amazed at your response time. Plus,
users can receive an email notification when a
request has been submitted, and closed. They
will know that you are on the job and supporting
their request. Also, the user can
return to the page to track the progress of any of
their service requests.
