One of the
biggest challenges you have as a facility manager is tracking
all the preventive maintenance tasks that are required to keep
your Building(s) operating efficiently. You can use

simply organize preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for major
capital equipment such as chillers, boilers, air handlers, large
motors, and elevators.
Preventive Maintenance allows
you to create a basic task plan,
track upcoming maintenance activities, and keep a simple history
of what you have done.

Preventive Maintenance tool works closely with
Communicator,
our main information-sharing tool. When you create a
maintenance task, it can be automatically assigned to one of
your technicians or
an external service provider. The responsible party will
be notified of upcoming PM tasks and
Communicator
tracks their activities.
