One of the
best features of the NorthWrite's WorkSite is the
Notifications
option. Because you may not always be at
your computer to receive pertinent information via your WorkSite
Dashboard.
Notifications allows you to receive critical information via any
wireless device that can receive text messages, such as pagers,
mobile phones, personal digital assistants, or email.
Notifications
is a feature that you can turn on or off as you choose, and acts
much like your own private "personal assistant", working 24
hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to notify you when something occurs that
you want to know about. For example,
you could request that the system inform you of the arrival of a new
work
order, or a project task that comes due. Notifications
also works with
Wireless Monitor to
inform you when monitored equipment is sending an
alarm, such as a high temperature or run-length.
You can have
Notifications
inform you of as many (or as few) events as
desired. It is completely configured by you and can be
modified whenever your individual or business needs change.
Notifications
also allows you to stay in touch with your mobile workforce by
instantly notifying them of work order changes or new project tasks,
or other information you want them to know.
